Q. Where are we located?

      A. Little Venice

Q. How many people are allowed?

      A. Maximum 8 guests allowed.

Q.  Does the primary renter need to meet a minimum age requirement?

      A: Yes, 25 years old

Q. Is smoking allowed in house?

     A. No.  But we allow smoking of all legal materials outside.

Q. How many bedrooms, beds and bathrooms?

      A. We have three bedrooms, three bathrooms. 

Q. Is there a washer and dryer?
     A. Yes

Q. Is there internet and smart TVs?

     A. Yes, we have Comcast internet, cable, & DVD player.   There are 4 'Smart' TV's 

Q. Is there a pool?

     A. Yes, we have a  pool. 

Q. Is there a barbecue?

    A. Yes

Q. How many cars are allowed?

     A.  We provide two parking spaces. No trailers allowed.   Street parking is not allowed 

          by city ordinance.    We ask all guests to make prior arrangements for their boat trailer storage BEFORE          arriving.  Little Venice is a small community and we do not like to disturb our friendly neighbors.   Any         fines from the city will be charged to the refundable deposit.  Click HERE for trailer info

Q. Are Pets (i.e. service, emotional) allowed?

     A. No

Q. Are children allowed?

     A. Yes

Q. Are parties allowed?

     A. No

Q. Are boats allowed?

      A.  Yes, you can tie up along  the sea wall.  Only one boat is allowed, 'Double Docking' is strictly prohibited!  The sea wall can accommodate a boat up to 35 feet.  You may dock your boat along the south side of the sea wall. There are cleats installed. Please be advised that you are on open ocean and it can be rough at times - make sure to use large bumpers and extra dock lines to properly secure your boat for these conditions.  You'll need to provide your own lines and fenders as not all boaters respect the no-wake speed limit.

Q. Are trailers, boat trailers, jet ski trailers allowed on property?
