Policy
Current Monroe County law states there shall be no rentals of less than seven days in Marathon. If you wish to extend your stay beyond the 7 day period, please contact us directly to confirm availability. Please note that our rental agreement must be signed upon acceptance of the rental.
With all rentals, an additional $200 charge will be added for cleaning, along with 12.5% tax.
