Q. Where are we located?

      A. 11458 6th Ave Ocean. Marathon, 33050. Mile marker 53, ocean side.

Q. How many people are allowed?

      A. Maximum 4 guests allowed.

Q.  Does the primary renter need to meet a minimum age requirement?

      A: Yes, 25 years old

Q. Is smoking allowed in house?

     A. No.  But we allow smoking of all legal materials outside.

Q. How many bedrooms, beds and bathrooms?

      A. We have one bedroom, and one den.   One bedroom has a queen bed and the den has a sofa bed.         

Q. Is there a washer and dryer?
     A. Yes

Q. Is there internet and smart TVs?

     A. Yes, we have Comcast internet, & cable.  We have a total of two TV’s.  

Q. Is there a pool?

     A. Yes, we have a large pool. 

Q. Is there a barbecue?

    A. Yes

Q. How many cars are allowed?

     A.  We provide one parking space. No trailers allowed.   Street parking is not allowed 

          by city ordinance.    We ask all guests to make prior arrangements for their boat trailer storage BEFORE          arriving.  Little Venice is a small community and we do not like to disturb our friendly neighbors.   Any          fines from the city will be charged to the refundable deposit.  Click HERE for trailer info

Q. Are Pets allowed?

     A. No

Q. Are children allowed?

     A. Yes

Q. Are parties allowed?

     A. No

Q. Are boats allowed?

      A.  Yes, you can tie up along the east side of the sea wall.  Please supply your own lines and fenders.

Q. Are trailers, boat trailers, jet ski trailers allowed on property?

     A. We provide one parking space.  Trailers are not allowed. Street parking is not allowed

Q.  Is the boat lift available for use?

      A. No
